NSS Students From Jerusalem Engineering College and Dept of Tagore Medical College and Hospital Conducted a NSS and Medical Camp In Mannivakkam Shanmuganagar. NSS camp Is going on From 31-3-12 till 6-04-12. As a Part of the Camp a Special Medical Camp was conducted today. Mannivakkam Panchayath President Mr. R. Purushothaman and Dr. Poornachandra of Jerusalem College of Engineering inagurated the camp and Took part in it.

First Cross Road(Thottam side road)is getting face Lift karhtik, Blue metal and Mud has been laid and flattend by Road Roller, may get THAAr Soon.
Its a good news and a major event after a very long time i think, our next goal whould be Garbage cleaning. Is there any thing can be done from panchayat side to collect garbage like it is done in Mudichur (plastic bags in one bin and other decomposable in other bin) which would help to increase ground water source if we avoid putting plastic bags as trash which does not get decomposed and stays for years
