I think it is since two years that we (nagar people) went to an auspecious occasion by van.
Last time it was Jude 's Marriage.
As it has been long time, Santosh's marriage gave us a oppurtunity of getting together to spend some good time.
The Trip by Van with neighbours is always an enjoyable one. 45 mins of Journey, Pleasant Evening, Chennai Lightings (Airport, Kathipara Flyover,Marriage Venue)
gave an Good Start to "Unforgettable evening".
Venue was really super with Colour ful lightings.
Jo Uncle & Aunty were lookig simple, neat and at the same time "Awesome".
Pradeep & Other Persons compering made the Evening a delight ful one.
Pradeep calling "Thirukural Vada(poo)" was highlight of Eve's Compering.
Jo Uncle, Aunty, Bride Groom, Bride & Pradeep were all colourful and they welcomed all guests with an open hearted gesture which made the evening as an "Unforgettable evening".
Three Buffets were there to serve guests. Veg, Non-Veg & Ice Cream.
Dry Gulab Jamun, Cutlet, Sause, Chappathi, Side Dish, Sambar Rice, Vegetable Briyani, Potato Fry, Potato Chips, Curd Rice & Soup made the Dinner an "Unforgettable Dinner "
We came to know that in Non Veg Buffet, Mutton Gravy was very Tasty.
IceCream Buffet - Scoop with some Additional Receip tasted very good which prompted Kriba to have an additional one.
It was nice to see Venku, Nagaraj
Ramakrishnan Sir, Jude, Rajesh, Mahendran Uncle, Tagore Uncle - All attended with their Family Members. Their presence made the Evening an "Unforgettale Evening".
Ghandhi Uncle and Maami, Anand & his Mom, Kriba were other guests who made the Eve an "Unforgettable eve" for me.
Thamboolam with a Plastic Box and Spoon inside is the Final attraction at the Venue.
The Box was so nice that my amma , the next day itself, poured sambar and kept it with my Lunch Box.
Return Trip by Van after a nice dinner, again thro Chennai 's Night with Lightings, Colourful Ads on National Highway, "MIT" Flyover made the night an "Unforgettable night".
We used to call Jo Uncle's Father as "Gentleman".
Now Jo Uncle is the "Gentleman" of the Shanmuga Nagar.
Thanks Jo Uncle & Aunty for inviting us, providing us an oppurtuinty to participate in auspecious occasion of your family

The invitation speech by the great Pradeep and family was totally great and entirely different
It was first time for me to join our neighbors for a jolly ride to reception in a van which i enjoyed very much
Next, the reception itself was awesome followed by the dinner which was very much tasty, colorful, and stomach filing
Last but not least the ice-cream feast kept outside which dominated the evening and finally the return journey back to pavilion
More of such journeys in future!!!
